That all depends on the lighting you select, the style of your home and several other variables. On average, a ranch home will cost between $400-$700, and a two story home between $450-$1000. Again this all depends on the style of lights you select and how much you want to light up! These prices are for the Purchase Option, see Services for more information.
How far in advance do we need to get a consultation or schedule our job?
We start doing Consultations the middle of September, and we usually are booked full by the beginning of November! Don't wait until the last minute. Our installation calendar fills fast.
Do we need to be here for the installation?
No. Our installers are fully trained and will use the design map you selected during your Design Consultation.
How do you install the lights?
We use professional clips and specialty items. All the clips we use will not hurt your home in any way. They will be removed with the lights during take down.
When will you take my display down?
As long as the weather is cooperative, we try to have everyone of our customers down by the end of January.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, Mastercard and Visa. Payment is due at the finish of installation, not upon takedown.
Why do you donate 5% of your net profits to the "Toys For Tots" campaign?
We truly believe in Christmas and all the wonders of the season. We also believe every child should have a gift on Christmas morning, regardless of their financial situation.

Our Holiday Traditions lighting is the best option for several reasons. Many Companies will only lease you their lights in an effort to keep all the lighting for themselves, leaving you with nothing more than the bill. Holiday Traditions sells you our Commercial Grade custom cut lighting, complete with a Lifetime Guarantee as long as you use us. After the first year pricing (which is more than the second year pricing due to initial setup and cost of lights), our purchase package is usually more affordable than leasing from other companies, plus you Own the lights! We can still store your lights as an option, and again you will never have to buy another bulb from us to fix any of your lighting as long as you continue to use us. You can even add lights yearly and come out far better than many leasing options.

Pest control, mole hunting, lawn mowing, construction and remodeling, or any other type of business. All the pictures on our website are of our own work, not a cookie cutter picture from a corporate franchise office. Most companies add Christmas lighting to their business as an after thought, or a sideline business to keep their employees working in the winter months. Buying a franchsise or a license will not make a company knowledgable about Holiday Lighting! That is why we spend all year planning and learning about the newest techniques and products on the market. "We opened our new funeral home in Florissant in January of 1995. After a few hectic years I got an itch to do something to the building for the holidays. We decorated the interior but I wanted to show a holiday spirit on the exterior. We needed Christmas Lights. I knew exactly what I wanted, an elegant perimeter of the roof. Simple and elegant. Rob Smith, who I knew from the Florissant Jaycees, sent me a flier and I was intrigued. I knew what I wanted to do but just did not have the resources. This service was just what I needed. Rob knew the product, did the installation and it was perfect. He notifies me in September about the annual fee and an installation date. I send him a check and in November the lights are up. He maintains the lights, if one is out I call him and he replaces it. At the end of the season he comes and takes the lights down. Best of all he stores them for the next year.

When you purchase your lights from Holiday Traditions, you receive the highest quality commercial grade lighting available, and a Lifetime Guarantee as long as you continue to use Holiday Traditions. You will never have to worry about broken lights, blown fuses, weather damage or anything else ever again.
Design Consultation:
Our experienced, Holiday Traditions designers evaluate and map your home, address your desires, give advice and suggestions on a Christmas lighting and decorating plan that accents the features of your home. We provide everything you need in order to make your home beautiful for the Holidays.
Installations:
Each installation is unique–by custom cutting for your specific lighting needs, we eliminate the excess and sloppiness of retail bought lighting. The Clips we use allow us to arrange your lighting to flow seamlessly from gutters to roofs without changing the bulb orientation. All the clips and fasteners that we use are non-evasive, are taken down with your lighting at the end of the season, and will not damage your property by any means.
Maintenance:
Throughout the season, we will monitor homes to make sure displays are without problems. Our customers can also call us anytime with a problem and we will have it fixed or replaced within 48 hours.
Take down and storage:
At the end of each season, we will return to your home to remove your lighting and decorations. We will label and mark your lighting to ensure ease of set up next year and if you elect for us to store your lights, we will take them with us to be stored in our climate controlled warehouse.
